Memorial Contributions to Wells Nursing Home
Donors can memorialize a friend or loved one with a gift to Wells Nursing Home.
Wells staff will acknowledge the gift
and will notify the decedent's family of all memorial gifts. To assist in this, donors to memorials are asked to provide
full name of decedent and name, as well as the address of the spouse or family member to be informed of memorial gifts.
Often, the family has listed
a specific fund for memorial gifts, so donors are asked to provide that information or appropriate instructions about where
the memorial gift should be deposited. If not specified, contributions will be placed in a general disbursement fund.
Read more information about our Activities Fund, Resident Council Fund, Nursing or Rehabilitation Department below.
Your special gift will be announced
with a Card of Remembrance to the individual or family you designate. The amount of your gift will remain confidential.
